Phangan Bayshore Resort Koh Phangan - Haad Rin

A beach getaway with an very nice location, close to various dining spots and activities. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the Panang curry, which stood out during our meals. The rooms were somewhat dated and basic, while the pool loungers lacked comfort was good. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Thank you for a really great stay on holidays. The rooms are spotlessly clean and huge and have absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. It has marvellous location within short walking distance to Full Moon Party. Area is new and just next door to restaurants as well as the most beautiful and clean beach. The attached restaurant for dinner is what you need.

Couldn't stay longer!

I almost wanted to leave a good review, but let's be real-the room was nothing but a tiny coffin, dirty with sand everywhere. I also woudl ve expected at least a complimentary drink to soothe my pain of an old, rickety bed with springs poking through. Breakfast was a fly buffet, what a treat!

The grounds and facilities at this resort are beautiful and well kept. Located on the quieter side of Had Rin beach, Phangan Bayshore is a great place to relax by the pool and unwind. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Had Rin pier, this is a very convenient location. The bungalows are clean and comfortable and suprisingly quiet inside.

The paths to the bungalows are not very bright at night. I was awoken at 3am by a drunk guy who didn't understand why his key wasn't working in my lock. I think the resort could brighten up the walkways so this doesn't happen.

Had a fantastic beach breakfast with fine views.

We went for the Full Moon Party. It was directly in front of the hotel!! Easy walk to everything. Cheap to rent scooters. The restaurant was very good. I ate there the entire time, my friends ate elsewhere and ended up sick and in the hospital for a few days- be careful of street food!!! Street vendors reuse the rice over and over, day after day. But Bayshores restaurant was great!! Hotel doesn't have hair dryers, but there are plenty of places you can get hair done for cheap! Ask for a room away from the stairs and the street. We had a room next to both the first few nights and had a hard time sleeping. Ended up switching rooms and slept like an angel.

No major complaints... But things I didn't like was- No Hair Dryers, But plenty of places to pay to have hair done for $150 baht. Our first room was near the stairs and the street, so had a hard time sleeping until we changed rooms. Our first room also had no divider for the shower, so you had to walk through water to use the toilet or the sink. The toilet was also directly facing the wall, so we had to sit on it sideways. But the second room was perfect- bathroom was different with the toilet and sink separated from shower and shower had a divider that kept in the water.

This hotel has excellent location in Koh Pha Ngan. It is only a 5 minute taxi ride from the pier (thb 50), it is near the central street where everything happens in town and the endless pool faces the beach. As you leave the back of the hotel you are literally one step from the sand. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room I booked had air conditioning, stocked minibar and a balcony. During the Full Moon Party some guests might get a bit loud, but nothing out of control. I highly recommend this place since it is so nice and convenient.

Internet connection is paid for. Wifi could use some improvement, but it did the job.

The pool loungers could really use some comfortable padding!!! It's an annoyance when guests reserve sunbeds at 8 AM without actually showing up for hours. Management should address this silly towel-saving habit!!!

It was realy great value for the money we paid for the bungalow including breakfast. The pool was great and the resort was right on the beach wich was fantastic. We relly enjoyed our time there and we will book this resort again if we come back.

The location is just perfect! The hotel is litteraly on the beach. The pool is greate and has an ocean view. The market and the beach with the parties is a minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are quite poor, especially the shower, but this is thailand though..

A bit pricy for what you get

I loved the view from my beach front room at phangan bayshore resort koh phangan. The massive window made it perfect for enjoying the sunrise from bed. The location was great, with a super soft beach and clear water nearby. Excellent restaurants around. The vibe was really relaxing!

the pool loungers could use more comfort.

we came to this hotel due to the good location ( fool moon party) we were shocked when the staff told us that 5 days prior and 3 days after the fool moon party the rate for one night is 700 bht more than normal per person. The hotel is quite old and the facilities inside the room are filled with body paint. After Midnight there is no hot water in the shower. The best thing is the location but i dont think its worth the price and the unkindness of the staff. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else
